5 Small Things You Can Do to Feel Productive This Week

With October in full swing and fall being officially here, you might feel long overdue for a little reset. I don’t know about you, but whenever I can cross multiple things off of my to-do list, I feel like a superstar. The endorphin high is unparalleled! But completely revamping your life and purpose is just a tad overwhelming. So let’s start small! Take a peek at these five things you can do this week to feel uber productive. 

1. Switch out your wardrobe 
A personal favorite of mine - it’s about time to switch out your summer clothes and take inventory of your fall and winter wardrobe! Send clothes off to be donated and take stock of any items you'll need to buy.

2. Clean out your inbox 
We all know how great it feels to clean our physical space. That same clarity applies when we spruce up our digital space too...it’s called digital wellness my friends! This week, do a sweep of your inbox - respond to those messages you forgot to respond to, unsubscribe from the mailing lists you’ve been meaning to unsubscribe from, and delete delete delete! 

3. Check your bank and card statements 
Let’s face it, this is a less regular practice than it probably should be. How often have you been checking your accounts? This week, take a look at your bank statements to ensure it all makes sense. Then check out your credit card spending and see if you notice any patterns or places where you might be able to cut back! 

4. Meal prep
If you’re anything like me, you’d agree that half the battle with cooking is that by the time you come up with the ingredients and plan for what you want to make, you’re already too hungry to make it! This week, take one night to meal prep for the rest of the week so you can chef it up more seamlessly! 

5. Just do one workout 
Yup, pencil in at least one hour this week to get moving! You’ll feel a million times better afterwards and in turn unlock even more productivity. Don’t pressure yourself into making it the most intense workout ever, just promise yourself that you’ll do something.
